Refunds / Replacements
If your order has been lost in transit, or arrives damaged, or is faulty, we will either replace or refund as soon as we can. If you have any other refund or replacement queries please get in contact as below.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs on returning your items. Refunds can be issued minus shipping costs once the product has been returned to us. We will cover any costs relating to damaged or faulty products.
